Delivering Office Space at Porth Teigr

The Welsh Government's centre for the creative industries GloWorks is now complete. The building is a six-storey building comprising office/studio space on the upper floors, with reception, conference facilities, and retail or additional office space at ground and first levels. It provides opportunities and infrastructure for both large and small creative and media businesses, and will help to strengthen the growing 'creative hub' at Porth Teigr.

The building is of a very high sustainability standard, and achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating.  This is in line with igloo's sustainable investment policy, FootprintR, and follows on from the success of BBC Roath Lock studios at Porth Teigr which has achieved BREEAM Outstanding.
